Presence Detectors for Lighting Control Systems
Ultra-low profile infra red detectors, with multi-faceted lens, designed for flush ceiling-mounting. We were able to use our long term experience in motion sensors to set-up a bespoke testing procedure during production.
Site Security System
The Site Alarm is a temporary alarm system which protects both buildings and equipment throughout a building site or void property by detecting movement/intrusion and activating both a local alarm and sending a programmable voice message via the GSM network. Part of the manufacturing brief was to find good, low cost, GSM modules.
Power Supplies
UL listed power supply for TV broadcasting systems. During production, each pcb is tested on 3 different test jigs for up to 30 minutes.
Reversing Cameras
Wired and Wireless Reversing Cameras for RV’s and Trucks. The Cameras are shipped with different lead sets, according to the vehicles in which they are installed.
Hot Tub Lighting Controls
Control boards and underwater LED lighting for Hot Tubs and Baths. Production includes having to manage timely supply of several critical long lead components from both USA and Europe.
Steel Caravan Steps
2 and 3 Tread, Bolt On Stainless Steel or Mild Steel Caravan Steps, including optional Handrails. We also manufacture heavy duty Axle Stands for the same customer, designed to be located under the main chassis beam of the Caravan.
Slatted Steel Beds
The beds are produced in a variety of sizes and feature a folding/locking leg system that allows for easy installation. The bed slats are made of thick birch plywood with a beech foiled top. Part of the brief was to ensure maximum efficiency in packing the items into containers, whilst ensuring no damage during transmit.

High Quality Ceramic Vases
Three different shapes of vase stems that clip onto a standard base. Complete with retail gift box packaging. Each vase is hand made and therefore varies slightly in size, so considerable study had to be made as to how to build the clips.

The client originally took production back from China over 300 years ago and is now returning part of their production back to the country where they first started! Because of the world wide reputation of this blue chip company, it was critical for them to have China Gateway monitor production and quality processes on the ground.
